H&S Names New President, Heikenen Transitions to CEO
H&S Manufacturing, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott P. Doescher, 56, to the position of President, effective February 22, 2016. Scott assumes executive responsibilities from Chris Heikenen, who will remain active with H&S as the company’s Chairman and CEO.
Scott's analytical and leadership skills will be utilized to drive growth, improve profitability and implement best practices. He will assume overall responsibility for company performance, strategic & business planning and coordination of day-to-day operations.
Scott joins H&S with 30 years of manufacturing and financial leadership experience, most recently serving as President and CEO of A&B Process Systems Corp. Prior to joining A&B, Scott served as Wausau Paper Corporation’s Chief Financial Officer.
When asked about joining H&S Manufacturing, Scott said, "H&S has earned a respected position with distributors, dealers and producers in the agricultural and commercial industries that it serves. I am excited to join the dynamic team at H&S in delivering innovative, high-quality products to its valued customers."
