S3 Group Ltd. Acquires Power Pin Inc.
November 8, 2023, SWIFT CURRENT, SK 鈥 S3 Group Ltd. has officially announced today, their acquisition of Power Pin Inc.
Created by industry innovator Brian Olson in 1989,聽Power Pin will continue to operate in Fort Qu鈥橝ppelle, Saskatchewan. With many patented products to their credit, Power Pin has specialized in a range of products that provide a standardized hitch system for both heavy equipment and on-road applications. Many of the largest tractor manufacturers in the world include Power Pin products such as the 鈥淒rop-pin Hammer Strap Hitch鈥 as standard factory safety and usability features.
