Saskatchewan-based S3 Group has acquired TEMP Farm æÃæü¤ÇéÎåÔÂÌì Ltd., of Mitchell, Ont.
TEMP Farm æÃæü¤ÇéÎåÔÂÌì is best know for its AWS airbars that introduces airflow into the header of a combine, in an effort to reduce shatter loss, even at higher ground speeds.
AWS product is sold worldwide with a dealer network throughout North America, Europe, South Africa, Australia, and Japan.
Under the new ownership structure, AWS operations manager Mark MacDonald will take on the role of general manager, responsible for day-to-day operations, product development, and distribution, based at Mitchell.
S3 Group, based at Swift Current, Sask., designs, develops, and manufactures several OEM components across multiple divisions, including grain fans and the rotors used in AWS’ airbar.
