Kerry Richardson has been named the general manager at Miller Products Co.

An announcement from the company said Richardson has been “selling the story of Miller Products Company” for more than 14 years.

“As sales and marketing manager, he’s been leading the way, supporting customers across the nation through industry ups and downs, including the recent pandemic challenges,” the company said. “Each situation put in front of him simply exemplified his strengths and his dedication to the Miller team, making his promotion to general manager a foregone conclusion.”

Richardson has been responding to supply chain challenges for Miller. With that focus, the company experienced double-digit sales growth over 2020 and 2021.

“We didn’t want manufacturing customers to have to slow production on account of parts shortages.” Richardson said. “Many customers saw that ordering American-made had tremendous benefits.”

As general manager, he will drive communications strategies and integrate customer-support and customer-centric experiences, among other things.
