Raven Industries has agreed to acquire the remaining equity of DOT Technology Corp. The acquisition, according to an announcement from Raven, is an indication of the company’s confidence in its ability to “expand its market share in precision ag technology.”

Hubertus Mühlhäuser has resigned from his role as chief executive officer for CNH Industrial to pursue other interests. The board accepted his resignation effective immediately and appointed Suzanne Heywood as acting chief executive officer. Heywood is also chair of the CNH board.

In other news from CNH, the company has extended the suspension of its European operations until April 17.

Kubota and Microsoft have embarked upon a multi-year strategic alliance aimed at accelerating Kubota’s digital transformation. Through the alliance, Kubota will migrate its IT infrastructure and SAP mission-critical systems onto Microsoft Azure’s cloud platform.
