Dexter Acquires Redneck, Redline Products
Member company Dexter has acquired Redneck Inc. and Redline Products, LLC, based in Springfield, Mo. Redneck will continue to operate as an ongoing business within the Dexter group.
The partnership expands the groups鈥 geographical footprint, provides better coverage to customers with a diverse product portfolio, and offers greater value to both groups鈥 collective business partners, a memo from Dexter said.
鈥淥ur mission remains steady,鈥 the memo said. 鈥淭o provide customers with quality engineered products with the highest level of customer service. Our success is contingent upon our demonstrating continual improvement in all areas of our operation as well as our overriding concern for customer satisfaction.鈥
Dexter will offer the same products and services through its existing distribution channels and will also serve customers through the Redneck distribution network.
