Annual Business Meeting, Election of Directors
The Association will hold its 2026 Annual Business Meeting and election of directors during the 1:00 p.m. session Wednesday, Oct. 28, during the Marketing & Distribution Convention in New Orleans. Each regular member company present, and in good standing, will have one vote on each item addressed. There are no provisions for proxy voting.
The agenda will include the election of members to the Board of Directors, the President’s Annual Report, possible by law updates, and other business, if necessary.
