Dealer association website provides below info: " . . . we are simply borrowing a section of existing law that auto dealers enjoy and inserting it into the agricultural and construction equipment dealers code. The bill gives the manufacturers the first right of refusal when a dealer brings a buy/sell to the table. If the manufacturer doesn’t approve the buyer, they can buy it for the same price and sell it to whoever they want. We will need dealers to come and testify."
