(AGI) has completed the acquisition of Eastern Fabricators, which specializes in the engineering, design, fabrication, and installation of stainless-steel equipment and systems for food processors.

Eastern operates three facilities in Canada鈥攖wo in Prince Edward Island and one in Ontario鈥攁nd has relationships with some of the world鈥檚 largest multinational food processors.
