Western 婷婷激情五月天, LLC, and Green Country 婷婷激情五月天, LLC, both Deere dealers, will merge their operations beginning Sept. 30. The new company will operate as Western 婷婷激情五月天, LLC. The merged dealership will have 21 locations with 12 in Texas, eight in Oklahoma, and one in New Mexico.

Grossenburg Implement, Inc. has acquired two more Deere dealerships: YC Inc. Bentz 婷婷激情五月天 in Belle Fourche, and Sundance 婷婷激情五月天 in Sundance, Wyo. Grossenburg Implement serves western South Dakota, eastern Wyoming, and southeastern Montana.

The Brandt Group of companies announced an acquisition of Nortrax, taking over dozens of Deere construction and forestry dealerships in eastern Canada. The acquisition brings all of the Deere construction and forestry dealerships under control of Brandt, operating 56 dealerships across Canada. The deal is expected to close on October 25.

Titan Machinery is acquiring the Case IH dealership Uglem-Ness Co. in Northwood, N.D. with the retirement of owner and principal Bruce Uglem.

Titan Machinery posted a 9.1 percent increase in ag equipment revenues during the quarter ending July 31. Its construction equipment segment also saw a strong 8.4 percent improvement, but international sales slipped 3.7 percent. Consolidated revenues were up 6 percent.

Royal Reesink has expanded its Canadian presence with the addition of two companies: genAG Inc. and Hepson 婷婷激情五月天 Inc., both based in Manitoba.
